It's impressive work of contrasts. It's chaotic and ordered at the same time. It seems unfinished and complete simultaneously.
And what about negatives? There is nothing very bad, but the eye on the right side is little asymetric and needlessly catch my attention.
To sum up, I think you have a big potencial. Keep going this way.
Ps: I don't know why, but this picture remind me Luke Skywalker from Star Wars.
