I'm sure you have heard this before but I think all of your art is really unique, it is so strange and different. I love the messy style and sloppiness contrasted with really small details and patterns.
I think the best elements of this piece are the lips and the blue detail on the right cheek, and the proportion of the pose is also really well done.
In my opinion there could be a few improvements. The thick black lines standing alone in the left are not really necessary, they distract the focus from the face a bit. Also the flower pattern furthest to the left (under the black lines) are not really necessary either.
I really enjoy your use of line and texture. I like that the face is not obscured by all of the detail and how the textures help define the form of the face. The diagonal drips coming across the shoulder lend a nice sense of movement. Very nice use of color and pattern. There is a nice balance of detailed line work and loose strokes.
If I cover the floral pattern on the bottom left and the dark scribble line just above it, the image feels a little more balanced to me. My eye keeps getting pulled to that dark scribble on the left and away from the image.
The thing I love about your paintings is that they're so organic and raw that I can sort of imagine how you created it. You just splash something here, dribble it like this, do a little scribble, and then finish it off with a bit of detailed floral work.... and voila! It's a masterpiece!
But somehow, when anyone else tries to do the same thing it just ends up being scribble and mess on a sheet of dirty paper
