I am one of your secret admirer and thus, looking up so much to you and your work paired with my not so great experience in art, I do not know if my critique will be of any help. Nevertheless the originality of this work, abstract as compared to your mostly figurative/representational painting, appeals my eyes and emotion. What I like the most is the movement, almost like melodious flow from right to upper left of the paper. I also love the ghostly strikingly light white on the left and of course, the glass shards. It is, in my humble opinion, a bit too clustered and busy to let me ponder at certain vocal points. I wished you had put more darker tones on at least three points where the drips are cummulated (lower left blue-ish point, very dark blue point right abouve it and the dark crimson point on the its right). It might enhanced the golden colors as well. All in all, amazing art as usual!
i think this is an absolutely amazing piece and it shows impeccable technique and shows just how much patience you have. not only have you masterfully blended the paints but you have made the most contrasting colours work perfectly. you have also been able to present different texture which really add an extra layer to this painting. the best thing about this is that as random as it seems you have shown such perfect control over the pain you were able to mix each colour without making it seem like a big blob. another thing i love is that you can look at it as a whole painting or as separate little masterpieces...regardless this is truly beautiful
