LOVELY WORK  I would slightly lighten the nipple, consequently the shadow of the breast, my eye keeps being drawn to it because of the contrast of small dark spot against a white area w/yellow next to it. The yellow is perfect but because of the darkness of the nipple (unless the piece is about the nipple) my eye competes between the yellow and the dark spot, not allowing it to flow up again to the face and wonderful rendering you have there with the hand and feathers. The piece is extremely lovely. My observation is just my opinion and picky at that. This is a very hard piece to critique, it is so wonderfully moving. The contrast is something to consider in the future, but I bet you don't really need to know this. Keep going and building your wonderful imagination and illustration skills.
